Finally made it!

Well, after umm-ing and ahh-ing, i’ve finally joined the masses and created this blog. Its been some time now, since deciding to make the jump (across the country!) from avid home-roaster (with my popcorn machine and Rancilio Silvia!) to becoming a full-on “professional” coffee roaster. I actually feel that i now have something worthwhile to say, albeit to the one person that is reading this blog.

Anyhoo, my apologies for the rather dull and sparse layout of this page thus far, i don’t have t’internet access at home so am currently writing like a madman during my lunch break.
